MoldFixCo is not liable for any damages, costs, injuries, or disputes that may arise from your use of a contractor referred through our platform. Your sole remedy is to resolve matters directly with the contractor.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information when contacting us, and to verify the credentials, licensing, and insurance of any contractor you choose to hire.

5. Call Recording

For quality assurance and record-keeping, calls may be recorded. By calling our numbers, you consent to call recording.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, text, and design, is owned by MoldFixCo and may not be copied or used without permission.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date.
